In this paper, the authors have amplified concept that EHRs need to be patient-centric and patient-driven, is patient should real owner as well manager of his medical records. The propose multichain healthcare record (PCMHR) implements health records using smart contracts on ethereum blockchain also utilizes framework - Polygon. PCMHR can concurrently implement functionality while addressing concerns interoperability among authorized hospitals information confidentiality damages our system. a solution fully decentralize current system by storing IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) resolve limitation blockchain-based applications in scalability high cost. depicted cost time analysis transactions polygon give clear view its advantages over blockchain.
